Its crazy how you can make something so simple so entertaining. Its literally just one room, one storyline, the same characters in black and white for 1 1/2 hours straight and I never got bored

I love this movie. Especially the fact that in the end, we never get a flashback or anything to give us a deffinitive answer whether or not the boy was innocent. We consistantly feel like another person in the room, going off of only what we were told. It's so perfect and really brings you into it

Actually, there were about three minutes that took place in the restroom. So all but about 6 minutes were in the jury room. I am sure such preparation made the film resemble a stage play with an ensemble cast. That is how the film feels. 12 unnamed characters in a small room for almost an hour and a half. It is brilliant.

Watched it in class, the acting was really good, it was very satisfying to see the men eventually agree.

I love this movie
you will rarely find a movie that is written to go through a time span that is the same as the run time. and there’s very few cuts. and when there are cuts it’s normally close-ups to someone’s face to get the raw emotion from actor.
