i was waiting like crazy for someone to do a tutorial on the color sensational eye shadow pallette. i got that and no one had a tutorial on it so thank you so much. and at the back of its pack there is an instruction manual like to follow it in order of ABCD&E. so I've never applied eye shadow before so should I follow those instructions or use any color first and not in any order?
