MERCEDES-BENZ W203 C-CLASS C220 CDI WON'T START #PART 1

My Mercedes w203 C220 CDI sport decided not to crank since winter started this October 2023. It was starting perfectly every morning with a quick start until winter.
In the morning when it's cold, I turn on ignition 1, 2 and 3rd to crank, but car won't crank. Instead, the radiator Fan will rather kick in and run at a very high speed. The fan will run for like 5 to 10 minutes( during this fan running, the glow or heater plug light will not come on) then I will turn the ignition off, take out the key and then retry starting before it starts( it will only start when glow light or heater plug light comes on.
After a start, it won't mess up again throughout the day's drives. But when it rains or get a bit colder, it does same thing again.
I watched several videos here on YouTube and people suggested it's starter relay, glow plugs relay, blah blah blah. I've changed all but still to no avail. After scanning, error code was 2509(heater booster) and error 2632🤔.
I've sent it to a shop for further checks. I'll update you all when it's fixed.
