Being smart about watching content at a faster playback speed helps you learn faster, dramatically increases the content you can get through, and speeds up your time to answers when searching. I ignored doing this for a long time but once I started I was blown away by much it's helped me save time getting through content and getting to answers. For casual watching speed may not matter but if you're a busy professional or busy parent, knowing why and how to use this technique will help you get the most out of your precious time! In this video I walk you through my journey to using playback speed and the mindset and approach I use to get the most out of this seemingly simple technique. Follow up videos will go more in depth on how you can learn and apply these tactics yourself using specific keyboard shortcuts, search techniques, and additional tools.
