If your boat will not start check this item to see if your getting fuel.

Whats it look like inside a primer bulb if there is no fuel flowing through the line or if its just slowly trickling out. This could be why.

I think that’s down to the ethanol they are putting into the petrol (gasoline). It is attacking the rubber and plastic parts. Watch your float needle as it attacks the rubber on that unless it’s a ethanol resistant type

That's why it's a good idea to use clear line so you can actually see the gas moving.

I got the grey one too and ball goes soft after pumping up hooked to motor not running. I guess everything is disposable these days.

can you leave it in permanently on fuel line? will it obstruct flow of gas if left on all the time?
