Patrica and Patrix for Marsy's Law for Georgia

Patrica and Patrix were not notified when their brother’s murderer was released from jail. It was only after Patrix saw him in a restaurant that they found out he had been released from custody only three months after his conviction. Marsy’s Law for Georgia would ensure crime victims receive the notifications they need, along with many other rights currently only given to the accused/convicted.
