Galaxy Z Flip 3 & 4: Screen Won't Turn On? Black Screen? FIXED!

I show you how to to fix a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 phone (same for Z Flip 4) that has a black screen but you know the phone is on. In other words your screen just won't turn on but you can feel your phone ring, vibrate, maybe the cover windows is visible, etc. If this worked plz LIKE and comment which step worked for you. Don't normally comment on videos but have to say my screen was black for 2 days. Tried everything multiple times except the freezer. 7mins in the freezer fixed it! Shame I've already got a new phone in that time but at least I can restore my things.

I just had this issue with my flip 3, I tried all of these methods, and sadly they didn't seem to work. But I left the phone at full charge in my car which sat in there for 24h under -5°c. Brought it inside and hit the power button twice and it turned on just fine. I've also found that if you just don't fold it, it helps with the issue.

It's literally the sensors that detect the open and close, I can leave my phone open and never have a problem but as soon as I close it and open again it's just black, if I wiggle the phone at the crease it usually works but what's the point of having a folding phone if you can't use it!

Wtff! z flip 3 didn't work for a week. Tried everything you said but doesn't work. last option 15 min in the freezer. really thought this didn't work that way. Did a soft reset again and screen came on. thank you.
