The Eligibility of candidates for Stray Vacancy Round of UG Counselling to be conducted by MCC and State Counselling may be noted as under:      Candidates who are not holding any seat either in All India Quota or State Quota are eligible to participate in Stray Vacancy Round of UG Counselling 2024 to be conducted by MCC. Candidates who did not join their seats allotted through MCC in Round-3 are ‘Not Eligible’ to participate in Stray Vacancy Round of UG Counselling 2024 of MCC. However, ‘Not Reported’ candidates of Round3 of MCC counselling can participate in state UG counselling. Candidates who have joined State quota seats through earlier Rounds are not eligible to participate in Stray Vacancy Round of UG Counselling 2024 of MCC. The Security Deposit of candidates who do not join their allotted seat in Stray Vacancy Round will be forfeited and such candidates will be debarred from taking NEET exam for the next year. The Data of Joined candidates of Round-3 conducted by MCC will be shared with state counselling authorities and such candidates will be debarred from taking admission in state quota counselling.

NTA is worst.
Ofc we have high competition cause of our country population but that doesn’t mean you will limit the number of attempts I can’t imagine how many student may take their lives cause of this.
The solution tbh is to change the education system itself, and change mindset of Indian parents that your child can achieve success even if he or she is not a doc or engineer, they need to give respect to other beneficial carriers and encourage research fields.
