Brian G I found your channel about 2 weeks ago, man I really appreciate the extremely helpful videos you upload, you're doing awesome work! Thanks man!

Thanks for the video and your research! I feel like I hear "Upload constantly" all the time, but it's disheartening to someone that wants to put higher production quality into their videos. This put things in perspective.

Thanks for all your help! I'm a subscriber that has learned a lot from your videos on starting our two channels!

I like the idea that we need to experiment and try different things in order to gain the production efficiency and then see how the community responds or doesn't respond through their engagement.

Great tips, Brian! It's always hard to choose between quality and quantity! I chose something in the middle! I think personally that uploading 2-3 times a week is the best choice for a growing channel 😊

I'm more in for the quality but sometimes quantity also works well

Um... you spelled 'more' wrong, other than that, great video!
(just kidding)
(that was very funny).
Normally I'd only subscribe to a channel such as this if it had a bazillion subscribers already, but you obviously put so much research and fun into your videos, I had to hit the subscribe button (and the bell). Thanks for all your hard work!

This has been such a vexing problem to me good to see you address it. There seems to be the balance to be found for creation as a creator and creation as for a consumer point of view. As a content creator, your choice of material may fill a need you have for exploring different types of ways to convey your message yet as a "successful" channel you want to have delivery of your message consistant so when people come back or see you again they are getting a familiar experience. As always great content Brian. Regards Russell

I learn a new song and post every day. But my videos don't take me that long. I can learn a song and than record the audio/video edit the audio and create the video in like 2 hours about but sometimes it gets tiring and i just want to go fishing instead so I do lol. You can also recycle old material sometimes in order to make a quicker video like when I take a bunch of my songs and make a 2 hour long playlist or even one relaxing song and I loop it for 2 hours and people really like that for some reason. Anyways I worry more about audio quality than worry about my video although i try to keep my videos well lit and looking decent but i don't obsess over them i think thats important too not worrying too much about perfection

Awesome stuff Brain! I find that whether or not I can make a quality video in a S hort amount of time just depends on how quickly the idea came to me like the one you were talking about here in the video. If an idea hits me like a lightning bolt most of the time it's really easy to get out while it's fresh in your mind however planning sometimes results in better quality; so for me I think it just all depends on what each day brings. I am trying to increase quantity though, right now I'm aiming for three times a week.

I like high quality! But they're is probably a balance you should strive for. Never upload a video you aren't proud of. But don't be super OCD about quality either. Just be normal and do you're best. GOD Bless Everyone! :-)

Great insights and suggestions -- as usual. Right now I don't have quantity or quality, but I'm working on it :) Thanks Brian G!

I have been asking this question for years. Here's what I find out, good quality videos retain more subscribers less quality of videos may bring a ton of views but the retention of subs may be less
