Season 2

"Born This Way" follows a group of seven young adults born with Down syndrome as they pursue their passions and lifeaong dreams, explore friendships, romantic relationships, and work, all while defying society's expectations.

“Their your parents, they gave birth to you. They want you as their child…” was the best words I’ve heard ever. I was born with fluid on the brain, and my mother didn’t know because she was battling a brain tumor herself. When she was given the option to go through with surgery or just let it be, she sacrificed and got the surgery. I was told I wouldn’t live past 5, I got the surgery at 1 and a half years old. With constant therapy and talks from mom and dad, I’m now almost 30 and as active with life as can be. I appreciate those words from John because we don’t know what to expect when given those circumstances.

Would anyone happen to know the artist and song from the Season 2 trailer? Someone had posted the information on another video, but I can't find it anywhere. Can only purchase it through a special site that the artist is on. Lyrics seem to state " Fight fire with..." Any info greatly appreciated; thx! Of course, it goes without saying...this series is beautiful!
