steps:
1. watch previous video here
YOLOV3 darknet Series - #1 - Object Detection with YOLOv3 - darknet
2. open Makefile
3. set OPENCV = 1
4. saved and then make

see that darknet is processing the video frame per frame :)
it will continue like this for a long time, so i have to stop here, and let you try ;)
