Gee, Disney finally gets a box office win. And might get another in July with Deadpool and Wolverine. Loved Horizon. Familiar yet different. Looking forward to Part 2 in August.

Enjoy your channel. I hear what you're saying about prequels. However, this Quiet Place chapter was excellent. It’s evident these movies aren't merely made as a cash grab. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I barely remember anything about A Quiet Place 2. Had zero interest in Day One, no intention of seeing it (I share your general distaste for prequels) but did end up seeing it. Biggest surprise of the year so far. Maybe not so much as a horror movie, it had some effective scares, but it was more of an authentic emotional gut punch. Good on the filmmakers for trying something new. Not sure how a 4th film could top it but I'm at least curious now.

James you're done a good job spreading the word on Indian cinema but my biggest obstacle has been facing the runtimes. I think all of the Indian films you've covered on your channel are at least 3 hrs. Why are they all so long? I probably just need to pick one and dive in.

You should've checked out the two prelude videos before Kalki 2898AD. They're pretty much essential for those who aren't familiar with the Hindu lore.

i think Horizon: Chapter Two is going to be DOA on August 16th because it’s going to be very difficult compete against Alien: Romulus on the same day. As much as i love Costner, but he is washed as a box office draw.

"Kalki 2898" is based on Hindu mythology and it looks like a Hindu version of "Dune".

The theater in a 3 hour western. Pretty weird

They needed to have something about the aliens. Like a crashed ship, what planet they came from, etc
Just some other group surviving the invasion. Same as other ones
The cat was like an alien. No cat would have behaved like that.
Movie was meh at best.

i saw quiet place last night. completely disappointed. loved the first two this one added nothing to the story and had no purpose
