I love the Dub. Gou was good and I'm glad they brought back the original VAs.

God the voice acting is so good in this dub. Respect to the original VAs and I'm sad they couldn't reprise, but the new cast knocked it out of the park here. FUNi cast this excellently.

Higurashi SOTSU *ENDING* SPOILERS;

Man they are already making memes comparing Episode 15 to the original Ending of Evangelion (though if that's the case; then what the Hell would the Higurashi equivalent to End of Evangelion look like?). Now of course it isn't anywhere near *THAT* Bad as we got a little fight between Featherine and Hanyuu with some tantalizingly Umineko style music and fighting that sadly was less than 4 minutes long but it overall came off as either the creative juices or the budget drying up so the Show needed to be wrapped up fast. It was in my book more satisfying than the "Home Alone Victory" From Kai but is was merely appeased, not satisfied by it. Far too many threads still left dangling, Rika never even hearing about Featherine's existence being my biggest pet peeve, let alone the epic confrontation I wanted. Or figuring out that LambaDelta Murdered Satoko and became some kind of amorphous hybrid with all of Satoko's worst parts and is shambling around in her flesh as a Skin suit that I call SatokoDelta (she isn't quite as dead on the inside as I initially thought). Though I have come to this conclusion; this isn't the last we've seen of Featherine Augustus Aurora and her machinations, she has LambaDelta but Rika Furude and Frederica Bernkastel are still bound tightly together; Featherine will not be denied her prize.

This is my first time hearing the English dub after watching the entirety of this series in Japanese and it's weird. Have to admit Satako's distinct laugh in English is pretty much identical to the Japanese version haha.
