Soo happy you listened to us!!! Show love to yourself, try new things and it's ok to do that by yourself. I go to Jeju Spa bi-weekly, a must!! I get the body scrub, massage and hit up all the sauna. I am a very picky eater so i only get chicken finger meal😂😂😂😂 don't judge me

Hey boo. Me either. I think someone else’s hands on me will feel weird Even my nail lady be trying to massage my hands I take the lotion and do it myself. I feel like im making them my servant. ( I can’t explain why I feel this way) I just do .

Ooooh girl! What I would give right now. Ive been on 24-7 duty these last few months taking over full time live in care of my SO 80 year old grandfather. Don't get me wrong, caring for children, disabled and elderly is for lack of better terminology my calling. But my back mama's, my back, my dam knees. Oh lord, im not no spring chicken no more. But what needs done, needs done. So us mama's do it simple as that. But lord girl a massage, a day of self-care is something I think would go far for my body and soul right now. Gotta find me a spot that a woman like myself can $$ without regret afterwards 😂 ya feel me. Happy to see a deserving mama get some self-care me kinda time. Sending all my best honey❤

Yes my friend from NY told me about this when we went to HU and we found one - Spa World - in Centerville. VA. One of my most favorite places to go to in the world!!!
