Episode 13: How To Lower Your Creatinine Level FAST to avoid kidney failure and dialysis. Here are 6 ways on how to lower your creatinine levels naturally to improve kidney function and avoid kidney failure and dialysis. Lowering your creatinine level fast will help you increase your GFR, give you more energy, and allow you to fit other foods into your Kidney disease diet. Lowering your creatinine level is not curing your chronic kidney disease (CKD) but it does help with your overall kidney function. These 6 ways how to lower your creatinine level fast can be done by nearly anyone, and the results show up in your kidney bloodwork very quickly.

How to lower your creatinine levels:
Creatinine is a blood chemical waste product generated when you use your muscles. Eating lots of protein may also produce small amounts of creatinine in your system.

Your bloodstream transports creatinine to your kidneys, where your body filters it out through your liquid waste. But if your kidneys aren't working properly, the level of creatinine in your blood can build up. This can lead to uremia, a life-threatening disorder.

Your body needs clean blood to function optimally. The best way to lower your creatinine levels naturally is to treat the underlying cause. It is possible to lower your creatinine levels naturally through different remedies and lifestyle changes, but it can be nearly impossible if you do not treat the underlying cause of your chronic kidney disease (CKD).

What is creatinine
The amino acid called creatine has gained popularity as a dietary supplement due to evidence that it may increase body mass, improve short-term intense exercise performance, and aid in recovery.

When creatine breaks down as it is used for energy, creatinine is created as a waste product.
Creatinine levels vary from person to person depending on factors such as body size, age, or gender, so there is no standard or 'normal' level.

Low creatinine levels could indicate a problem with the muscles or liver but may be due to something less serious, such as reduced muscle mass in older adults, or pregnancy.

Testing and effects on the body
Creatinine is always present in the bloodstream, where it is removed by the kidneys and leaves the body in liquid waste. When the kidneys are damaged, creatinine can build up in the blood, which is why it is important to know how to reduce creatinine level to normal as much as possible.

Although it is a waste product, research suggests that creatinine in the body may also play a part in fighting disease, as it has been shown to stop the growth of bacteria. You will never be able to reduce creatinine level to zero since it is created constantly by your body.

During the summer my husband and I kept a gallon water bottle with a spout in the fridge, I would put slices of lemon, lime and either cucumber slices or berries in it. This was a great way to drink water . It tasted nice and cool and had fruits in it giving a flavorful taste.

I am so glad you are making these videos. I have CKD -- a long story made short, 15 years ago I was diagnosed at stage 4 and was told it would never get better it would only get worse, however, after 9 years my doctor said my numbers indicated I no longer had CKD. He had absolutely no explanation as to why. That doctor retired and I found a new one. The new doctor ran regular blood tests because of my medical history and agreed that I no longer had CKD. However, approximately 2 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 3 CKD. This is why I appreciate these videos. Hopefully, by using them as a guide and working with my doctor I will be able to keep the CKD at bay. Thanks again for posting these videos.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your much valid information, Ameen. I do strongly suggest your information to others whose creatinine levels are high. One of the reason is that there is more acid present in your stomach. Try using 1/2 a teaspoon of soda bicarbonate in a glass of water & consume plenty of water to flush the Creatinine out of your body. The one other vegetable is very good is Cellery juice. These are 2 tips for now, try it & you will find it very helpful, Ameen. Thanks, Mehrunnisa 🙏

These are the things he pointed out in this video.

1. No vigorous exercise, just take it easy. Keep your heart rates between 100 to 120 bpm. Brisk walking and swimming is ok. Aerobic exercises are ok too. Just avoid rigorous exercises like weight lifting.
2. Dont take creatine supplements
3. Reduce protein intake and eat more vegetables
4. Eat more fiber, add more apples to your diet. 35 grams of fiber a day is okay.
5. Drink more water

Gosh every one of your videos I find myself taking notes. Didn't know that about creatinine and exercise, and I stupidly never connected the supplement creatine with creatinine. Thank you Coach!
