Here's your latest Integral of the Day! It's an IMPROPER INTEGRAL, and a little more manageable than my most recent upload.

Were you able to solve it? Do you also get slightly disappointed when an improper integral diverges??? Weigh in on the comment section down below. :)

If you need a refresher on the topics covered in this video, look no further:

Good problem it's nice when you get an answer like 2 for problems like this. I have been doing proofs the past month so it was nice to get this right and realize I did not loose all my integral practice from the summer

Hi Professor V, thank you for your new video. I used u-sub and parts to solve the integral. I also used L'Hopital to find the limit and the final result was 2. Cheers.

I like these that seem to look like they have way complex figures and end up with a resultant value that is simple or a standard irrational constant.

The term sqrtt/e^sqrtt, square root t over e to the power of square root t equals zero by L'Hopitale's rule. That was great but you forgot to exponentiate the zero in the limit. The term should not be zero but e to the zero power. The entire limit should be 2 times zero equals zero. Am I correct?
