I used this for 3.5.3. beta and it works perfectly! It went from a couple kB/s to 3 MB/s. I don't understand why, because iit usually works just fine (at least 2 MB/s), but today it went really slowly (and with a lot of seeders). Thank youuuu! :)

this worked but little problem is that the download speed doesn't remain constant at the high rate it just like a wave after some time it falls to low speed

So, no changes in the advanced tab? Seems like you made the same three changes in the advanced tab for older and newer versions than 3.5, but none for 3.5. Was this an oversight?
