For Blind subscribers: I'm wearing a Doctor's lab coat, with half blonde hair, half dark. Pearls on my hair are styled with two braids. Glasses, long nails with crystals on them, a black choker, and stars on my eyes. The background is purple lighting, shelves with plushies, and Harry Potter / Animal Crossing items.

According to the American Psychiatry Association, ADHD in people over 17 years may have the following symptoms:
- Doesn't pay close attention to details or makes careless mistakes in school or job tasks.
- Has problems staying focused on tasks or activities, such as during lectures, conversations or long reading.
- Does not seem to listen when spoken to (i.e., seems to be elsewhere).
- Does not follow through on instructions and doesn't complete schoolwork, chores or job duties (may start tasks but quickly loses focus).
- Has problems organizing tasks and work (for instance, does not manage time well; has messy, disorganized work; misses deadlines).
- Avoids or dislikes tasks that require sustained mental effort, such as preparing reports and completing forms.
- Often loses things needed for tasks or daily life, such as school papers, books, keys, wallet, cell phone and eyeglasses.
Is easily distracted.
- Forgets daily tasks, such as doing chores and running errands. Older teens and adults may forget to return phone calls, pay bills and keep appointments.
If you suspect you may have adult ADHD, please go to a real doctor and get properly diagnosed. This video is just to make you sleepy!!

As someone with ADHD, this video is relaxing to watch. I also have autism. ADHD made schoolwork difficult for me. But having autism felt worse. My least favorite thing about having autism was that people often bullied me. I was often excluded by my peers from talking to them, hanging out with them at places, and they never invited me to their parties. I felt really scared when people treated me differently because I have ADHD and autism.

I really appreciate the beginning card. Most people just assume that a focusing issue is the only thing adhd really is. It’s a lot more then that and it usually depends per person. So I really appreciate you mentioning that!

Love the video! I don’t have adhd, but I love these sorts of videos where tests are done and questions are asked, idk, it just engages my mind while relaxing it at the same time ☺️

Also unrelated, but I love the hair! The pearls in the braids looks super cool and I’ve never seen anything like that before ✨
