Jeremy Spencer, who is charged with driving drunk and causing the crash that killed a Garland teen, was back in court, again accused of violating the conditions of his bond.

Seriously it was addressed but nothing was done. What is even the point of having bond conditions if when you violate them literally nothing happens? I remember when I was younger if you violated probation you went back to jail. I knew multiple people who got caught violating and it was straight to jail. No second chances ever.
