He is a habitual "rule" breaker, lock him up. Then he can dry out and regret his actions. I truly feel bad for the mom.

No sympathy for people who chose to drink and get behind a wheel

Go figure that he didn't follow his bond.
Till justice system stops feeling privileged and invisible this will continue.
Sorry for your loss.

You need to put this killer in prison what the hell he killed this poor lady's daughter the justice system is so screwed up hope the judge that released him on bond doesn't have his family members driving on the same streets as him he could crash in to one of them you think he's not driving take off the blind fold may she rip with God and all his angels and God bless the family 👪 Amen

the penalties for drunk driving need to be increased to include life behind bars and death penalty . we need to be more concerned about crime victims lives more than criminals feelings

It is 2023! Why are lawmakers not harsher on drunk drivers? People are losing their lives, families and friends. Even when they kill people, they get a slap on the wrist. Disgusting.

If you knowingly break rules, you are allowed to keep doing it. If you break a rule embedded so deeply in the penal code, no one has ever heard of it, you will be thrown in prison for life basically.

He has to be held no bond at this point, as he is going to kill somebody else.

He wouldn’t have to worry about going to prison if that was my daughter! 🤬

It's a person's business if they want to drink everyday. Just don't drink and drive.

Seriously it was addressed but nothing was done. What is even the point of having bond conditions if when you violate them literally nothing happens? I remember when I was younger if you violated probation you went back to jail. I knew multiple people who got caught violating and it was straight to jail. No second chances ever.

Booze - "Generally, marijuana is a controlled substance in Texas, and its use, possession, and sale are illegal. Pot is classified as a Schedule I drug under Texas state law, meaning anyone caught with the substance could face significant legal consequences, including imprisonment and fines." But booze is fine. He can even drive drunk and still be out on the streets.

Maybe if they would just face instantaneous justice in the publuc square the others with addictions would think, "Gee, maybe I should go to treatment and change my whole life before I kill somebody." Stop coddling the criminals.

The easiest way to get away with murder is by using a car.
