For those who don't know, you can also switch to the Japanese version in the Steam settings for the game. The game will essentially be deleted off your hard drive and redownloaded in the Japanese version, and your save files will not transfer over, but your save files will not be deleted, so if you want to go back to the English version, you can let Steam delete your Japanese version and redownload the English version. A bit of an awkward setup, but for those who care about hearing the Japanese dialogue, it's the most accessible way of doing it, at least until people mod in the Japanese audio tracks for the English version, or English text for the Japanese version.
