My wife and I married 20 years ago…we had our first child 3 years ago.. I’m 53 she’s 44. We tried all the treatments … but it was meant to be when it was meant to be…
Now we expecting twins in 3 months time!

No internet for our 3 year old daughter either .. we too don’t have a television in our house!

Great advice- intelligent people create their future… whereas others … May just follow the crowd..

As someone who wasn’t allowed a phone till about 13 and social media at 18, I’ve noticed my attention span and mental health is significantly better then my peers who had phones and instagram sense they were about 9

I did this for both mine and now the eldest an adult has no interest in social media or taking stupid selfies. Youngest went through a teenage phase of silly pouting. They now prefer reading, or hobbies or gym no time for gadgets. It’s doable, takes discipline and willpower = well adjusted young adults

I disconnected tv when my younger kid was 2 years old. I started bringing my kids to the library at least twice a week to borrow books, so they had tons of books to read. My younger child could read and write by 3 and by 5 when she wanted to start school, she could read and write at the level of grade 5.
