Skunk: Based off of a real Skunk.
Blue Hyena: Probably based off of the Hyenas from The Lion Guard, a Disney Junior TV show which was a sequel title to the Lion King movies.
Pilot: Based off of the sky themed stages in Crash games.
Scuba Diver: Based off of his scuba suit from Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure or in EU, Crash Bandicoot: XS.
PS1 Skin: Based off the early Crash Bandicoot games starting from 1996.

Bonus skin:
Biker: From Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped in the racing stages, but also comes from the True ending after you beat Megamix, the True final boss of Crash Bandicoot: The Huge Adventure/XS.
