In another monumental leap for space exploration, humanity has returned to the Moon's surface after years of anticipation. On January 19th, Japan’s Smart Lander for Investigating Moon successfully achieved a historic lunar landing in the Shioli Crater, a relatively young impact site about 13 degrees south of the lunar equator. This landing has positioned Japan as the fifth country ever to accomplish this remarkable feat, following Russia, the U.SChina and India.

Well not exactly. The presion landing wasnt so persicise. Landed on its wrong side facing the wrong direction. AS FAR AS THEY CAN TELL. there was a leak that caused its trajectory to be off. Surface wasnt were was supposed to be. SLIM is slowly loosing power due to the solar panels being the wrong way. Its rovers deployed but are loosing power without there hub.
JAPAN is hoping when the sun switches sides it will regain enough power to resume operation.
