Senzo Meyiwa Murder Trial | 20 October 2023

The High Court in Pretoria is expected to rule today on the admissibility of a recorded confession by one of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial.
The judge is conducting a trial-within-a-trial to determine whether the confessions made by two of the five accused are admissible.

I don't know about SA But in my country confessions are initialled in every paragraph and every page is fully signed. A declaration by the attorney is also signed and attached to the confession. You can't just say there was legal representation without proof. Attorney's declaration must be signed and attached with the confession
