Honestly I do agree and disagree with this. I feel like Dream and Techno would be tied lore wise as Techno is a strong fighter and r i c h . Dream has manipulation tactics and is a great liar, also a strong fighter but less than Techno. Their both smart and fight well but Techno is strong and Dream is smarter. Lore wise ofcourse.
