Many of us Asian guys have this mindset of working hard in our careers and studying hard when we are in school. And I get it, we probably got that from our parents and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

However, we also need to see socialising with people as "work". Talking to people is a skillset that everyone should master and yet, so many people, especially Asian guys are terrible at it because we never really pay attention to it.

This is not just about making friends and getting girls to go on dates with you. It's more than that. It's about commanding respect, converting/exchanging values during interactions, and making long-lasting connections or relationships.
