That’s true! Most people arguably don’t know who they even are. That’s why I believe ideology is so appealing— it essentially gives you an identity, which people then mistake as THEIR identity.

Really taking the time to understand yourself takes great effort and patience, that’s for sure. But it’s always worth it.

I'm more than comfortable not knowing who I am at any given moment. I am reasonable sure who I'm not but who I am is a mystery that doesn't even deserve my attention. It allows me to change my mind with ease and not hold to tightly to anything.
