Never been to KPK, but strangely i've always admired Pashtuns, perhaps like many other in rest of Pakistan. I always pay them more, no arguments, no bargaining, i just find positive spirit in Pashtuns, which makes me admire them :)

My dad (late) used to say the last line of this poem a lot (waai aghyaar che da dozakh jaba da.. za ba jannat ta da pukhto sara zam).. sad he didnt get to hear this song. I pray his favt line becomes reality for him in the hereafter. Ameen.

you know just listening to this song restores some of my faith in humanity and being a pashtoon from pakistan i feel privileged to know that there are pakthoon singers out there that can so beautifully capture the essence of the pashtoon culture rather than the crap we have of many pashto songs. but the lyrics of this song just brings me to tears because its so emotionally heart wrenching, and just shows how through music, we can find a unity between two different cultures.
but reading these comments make me sick. i dont even know why i waste time on them to be honest, they just make me hate people. First of all, all of you who are disgracing other cultures in order to try and make yourselves better or whatever...thats just lame, whether one is a pashtoon from Afghanistan or pakistan should not matter. We are both humans, we are both pashtoon, though our cultures may differ slightly, we basically follow the same ideologies and instead of fighting against one another, we should unite and show the world what it truly means to be a pashtoon. And as for the indians on this video, i have no biases against indians, being a pakistani myself but its really when they start insulting others that it really gets to me. I dont know what your doing listening to this song if all your gonna do is insult other cultures. please show some respect. thanks
