I have a 4090 and a 5800X3D 32gigs CL16 nothing I do fixes performance mode I get ultra smooth gameplay in dx12 medium low and high settings but in performance mode I have so many stutters.

While on playing fortnite on performance mode my game keeps crashing when I ready up to matchmake in a game, matchmaking in a creative server, sometimes when I load into creative worlds. When it crashes it pops up with an error message that says if I am having issues with the DirectX 12 then it recommends me to switch to DirectX11. Someone help please!!!!

I have a decent PC and when I put on performance mode I always experienced lag and for some reason my problem was the "prefer maximum performance" setting that made me lag 😐

The setting is greyed out and it says on perf mode it's disabled, but on my other acer laptop, I can change my textures from low to epic, but on my hp laptop it can't, but I my game is smoother on their.
