LEGO Custom Modular MOC - (Town House)

One of the best Lego modulars is wiithout doubt the Assembly Square set. With three buildings and a myriad of different interiors and stores. The building on the right has a bakery in the ground floor, with a dentist and apartment above. My creation converts this into a fully detailed Town House with a significant Dutch influence.

You have done an amazing job with this MOC. I love how you made it into a townhouse as I have a spare set of this and wasn't sure what to do with it and this is a super idea. I love the kitchen area. Well done, you should be so proud of this 😀👍

Omfg!! This is without doubt the best modular MOC you've ever made. It's better than the hospital.
I love the story about Hannah and I agreed it's so nice to see like a residential build rather than a shop.
You should do a video with all three of the assembly square buildings. Keep up the great work, loving the recent videos

Really good job! Only real downside to your rebuilds is that they aren’t 1:1 alternate builds. Of the 3, I think the Cheese Shop is my favorite, but I’d have to get the Bookstore modular/part out pieces to replicate it. It’s not really a complaint, I just really like it, but don’t want to buy that modular 🤣
I like all the details you put into your builds. I think stairs are a waste also, but I really have to let it not bother me in my builds, because my logistical side can’t get past it sometimes lol!

You’ll have to come up with a new name for Assembly Square now because it’s quite different than before, and you’ve definitely added/improved upon the OG.
