Try tops with 3/4 sleeves or roll tab sleeves. That way your elbows are covered without having to layer.

I live in a subtropical climate and it has been in the triple digits for a couple of weeks now. We won't see below 60F during the day until late November at the earliest.

Tips:
Elbow length sleeves..Modesty panels, half shirts and sports sleeves work well.

Seersucker is also a good choice.I love a long linen tunic.Lighter colors and lightweight fa rics in general.

They make clothing made for sun protection and hot climates. They usually cover and are made to be cooler.

Flowy is best. I get hottest when the sun hits my bare skin and having something cover it helps.Lus you get air circulation.

U can buy sleeves that are just sleeves so you don't have to wear an extra shirt but can cover your elbows... or knees lol
