THANK YOU!! I had to update my computer last night and when I logged on this morning, Silhouette also wanted an update. I clicked go ahead, and next thing I knew, Silhouette just disappeared off my computer. It was not long after I realised that most of my computer time is spent either working on, or playing with my Silhouette. After watching your video, I installed an earlier version, and I am very happy(and very relieved) that it is up and running again! Thank you again!

I can't even tell you how much this helped me. My updated version kept crashing and I couldn't fix it, I went back to legacy and all is well!

Hello, I have Mac with v4.5.196 something happened last night I clicked a key by mistake and the zoom in and out by pinching on my touch pad stopped working. My mac gestures worked ok outside Silhouette, also I could not connect by bluetooth, it had been 1 month since i used the silhouette. Any ideas? its driving me crazy cuz I tried many things and nada! Thank you!

I’m back to creating with my Silhouette cameo. I finally found all my license keys. I am unable to open any PES files. I do have the business edition of the software. I followed your video here to reinstall the most stable version, but I am still unable to open any embroidery files. I am so hoping I’m just missing something. The screen is either plain white or a bunch of white lines.

I’ve noticed the trace tool has a square box around it. When you go to send it’s there also.
The cut is only cutting the square
And if I have something not in that square they cut okay any help thanks

I'm still using the original Silhouette Cameo that I received as a gift in 2011 or 2012. Was having trouble with registration marks when cutting stickers. You are my first point of contact when I run into trouble and you always have the answer! Thank you so much and thanks to Silhouette for making such a fabulous, long lasting machine. It has been a work horse & still going strong!

I had print issues with latest 4 5, the color is brighter than in the montior. I tried using old version 4.3 the print turned out okay but this version can't detect my portrait 3 :(

I have a Cameo 4 and ever since it updated to V4.5 it doesn't find my Cameo when I try to send things to cut. Do you think it's because I'm using version 4.5? If I go back to a legacy version do you think that will fix the problem? Or could it be the firmware that someone else mentioned? Thank you!!

I want to know if I bought the designer edition on eBay and forgot to write down the code if I get a new computer will I have to buy the designer edition again? I don’t know if you would know that but I’m just guessing I’ll have to. The code was sent to me in a message which is not there anymore. There’s no way to find it on the app is there?

Hey so i have an issue, already emailed silhouette america but they havent got back to me. my decal cuts are not cutting precise, already got a new blade, already changed the version to an old one and nothing. However it did start cutting badly after the last update. Not sure if that has something to do with it. If i am not mistaken i think the firmware for the machine also updates, is there anyway to change the firmware of the machine? Need help urgently
