Almost every business owner will have cash flow problems when growing their business. But what can we learn from those businesses that DON'T have any cash flow worries?

In this video I breakdown some business strategies that could help you keep cash in your business and ultimately help you scale so you can continue to grow without having any cash flow problems.

Cashflow is the biggest challenge ive had in my business. Its great that my business is growing so fast, but as it grows, it needs more and more cash injection. I guess that's what happens when you go from 0 to over 5 million in 2 years with no investment. I never have 3 months worth of expenses in the bank. 1 month tops, because im outlaying so much cash to get inventory to catch up with demand. My revenue is growing rapidly, margins are strong, but Im really struggling to find a way to introduce recurring revenue in the business. Its just not that type of business.

Great video as always James!! 😊👏 I’d be really interested to hear you dig deeper into funding growth for your toy business.
I have a bootstrapped business designing and manufacturing products with a very long Cash To Cash cycle (120day production, 30days on the water, then however long to turn the stock…).
I’ve found growth is incremental when only rolling profits back in to purchase inventory. So would love to hear your insights into this business model.

Do you know why Major Brands never wanting to Cooperate with small businesses. Have you ever experienced this?
Only chosen ones like Walmart amazon newegg and other top Revenue generating leaders in that country are able to work with them ?
