Thank you for this very clear explanation of what Prascend does to help a horse with PPID. I kinda wept when I envisioned what was going on in my precious mare’s brain, and I am so thankful that there is a medication to help her. Can anyone further explain the “veil” and why it occurs and other side effects of pergolide? Thank you.
