I can tell you and anyone listening or watching the reason why God didn't act in and why he seems to delay acting still.
God does not see anything as we or any other being does.
We are in the middle of whatever it is taking place. Whatever is taking place is part of a planned process for the edification of all.
God sees things from God's perspective and from his perspective it is finished and it is good.
But we have yet to meet up with God at that point in the process and therefore can not see it as he does.

I Think yes the Watcher Duties was to watch over Mankind. But here something that no one's talks about. Everything mentioned here that was said to have been taught to the people by angels, people sought to learn entirely on their own and still are. This is the most absurd thing ive ever heard if you were being skeptical that's one thing but it sounds like you actually buying this bag of bologna no offense but seriously. There most certainly are fallen angels and their most certainly was nephilim on this earth but the other 99 percent of this is completely ridiculous. Scripture says not to be moved by the things you see in this world if you seek wisdom ask of it God whom you can only come to in spirit and in truth. believing whoever or whatever this is from is being moved by the things of this world and feeding your carnal mind to blind your spirit from the truth that the only one who was and is and is to come because he's the same yesterday today and forevermore cares more for you than for you to be averting your knowledge to such worldly information. Let's say only for argument sake all of this right what good does it do you to know if all these angels are already locked out of eternal life awaiting judgement. It doesn't do do you any good to know of or follow these teachings especially if youndidnt want to follow the same fate but bottom line is what eternal life is there is to inherit from this knowledge? The answer is absolutely none because it's dead works if it lead to damnation for eternal being it most certainly will us who God wants to teach of eternity and being blinded by world information will not help with this matter it will only be a stumbling block on your journey to bigger things or at least I hope so don't let it be more than a stumbling block avert your eyes to holy things of nature if you want to learn to inherit eternity because all this blasphemy leads to nothing but depravity darkness and death.
