Hi, I’m Kitty. (Yep, real name.) I was born and raised in Minnesota and currently live in Minneapolis with my husband, Joel, and our cat, June. Joel and I just got married this past February and a few months before that we bought our first home! It's a fixer upper and we've been working most weekends fixing up the place! Would love to know how you dealt with guests paying for things? Did all your guest pay for everything on their own, and you just booked the sunset cruise and wedding... etc?

What did it cost you for this wedding. I don't mean to be rude but I'm planning my wedding and would like to do something similar to what you did. Also, how far in advance do you invite your guests and at what point did you have to tell the venue how many attendees there would be.

What designer is your dress? Did you have to pack a ton for a lot of extra things you needed to bring? I.e. Table numbers etc. how much was your wedding overall? Did you ask family/friends if they would come to a destination wedding first?

I am really glad I stumbled across this video. I am from Minnesota and am planning a "destination" wedding within the US. Most of our family does not travel often, so we didn't want to inconvenience those who didn't have passports, etc. We are getting married in Florida in March, and I found a lot of these tips extremely helpful!
