Sprint Planning with Jira

Sprint Planning initiates the Sprint by laying out the work to be performed for the Sprint. This resulting plan is created by the collaborative work of the entire Scrum Team. During Sprint Planning, the Product Owner ensures that attendees are prepared to discuss the most important Product Backlog items and how they map to the Product Goal. Sprint Planning requires transparency of work previously completed and of the ideas for future work. What difference does it make to have the Sprint goal as a PBI versus inform it in the dedicated field when starting the Sprint? Still visible on the top of the Sprint backlog for transparency, right? Nice video. Short and to the point.

I hope this is part of a series. I could see some amazing best practices coming out of it. - Question tho - would you bring improvements into the subsequent sprints (ex. sprint 3 you would bring improvements from sprint 2 and sprint 1, for sprint 4 bring improvements from sprint 3, 2, 1)???
