Dude is giving me the confidence to one day have a gym membership, because i have no idea what most of those machines were for and looked like confusing nonsense before i seen this guys videos. I am glad to see this channel and also hope to learn more from it.

love this machine, helped a ton in getting more size on my legs. i dont get why its even sus like i guess cause you spread your legs but for rdls you poke your ass out yet tomato tamato?

I got a friend who has skinny weak legs, trying to crticize the absuctor/ adductor machine, cable kick backs, ... the works. I do it all the time my legs are noticibly bigger and stronger than his. Only upper body machine user. No injuries other than shoulder pain from him constantly flaring his elbows out.

My NEMASIS (and savior). Long story short, I used to love these. I drove motorcycles, and it definitely assisted with stability. I had an accident and my pelvis was broken in front. These were the absolute worst trying to rehab. I still have trouble with my gait and sometimes feel like a marionette. If I hadn't been focused on this muscle group, I can only imagine the outcome.

Bulgarian split squats are also surprisingly amazing for your adductors and glutes, would highly recommend to anyone looking to train them

I actually find that if you don't make contact when you bring your legs together, you maintain better tension. Same thing with chest fly machines. The moment you hit something, you lose tension.
