If there was more job opportunities maybe Mexicans would stop joining gangs it honestly starts with the youth and giving them opportunities before the gangs recruit them. Fresno must provide resources for kids who live miserable lives at home & don’t see a way out. Poverty and run down streets put people in a bad mood I’ve been to the east side and it looks like the shadiest place ever like lots of places in Fresno.
