Why choose the top 5 if I can choose all? Iam not English speaking in first place, maybe I misunderstood.
Have I misunderstood that in your example only the clicks bring money and not the conversion of people buying on the webside?

Correct me if i am wrong, but to my knowledge, Google don't allow affiliate links. Therefore, a landing page or a bridge page is a must.
