Hi, hope you can help me out! "a company is launching a new product to a new target group" The company wants to know how the segment is buying and there thoughts on the product. Therefor the company chooses to go with a multi-method approach and wants to do both a questionair and a focus group where they can present the product to the target group, will this be a case study or maby a narrative enquiry strategy? or maybe something else?

I need to make a survey by visiting the shops and finding out various brands (and their prices) available of a particular product in the market. As said in the video, a survey will be a quantitative research. So will I need to use any software (For e.g SPSS) since it is a quantitative research???
