Nepp, to deal with what you call "FIFA Aids", I'd recommend switching to your defenders as soon as your opponent gets the ball, and dropping them back a few yards - especially if they consistently try to OTT through ball. Honestly, if you discipline yourself to do it as soon as they get the ball, it will prevent so many of these "BS" goals. Hope this helps.
