Cartoon Network - Cartoon Cartoon Fridays Open

Ahhh, this brings back so many fond memories. Cartoon Cartoon Fridays was a long running block of shows on Cartoon Network. I helped to create the promo toolkit and opening sequence.

Primal Screen animators brought the show characters to life and provided some of the ribbon animation. I loved doing the edit and created extra flowing ribbon animation pieces as well, another early example of animating mask shapes. I also animated the "Fridays puck" logo that rolls and flies through some of the scenes.

Here's a fanmade 2003 variation of the Cartoon Cartoon Fridays Opening.

Characters and/or things have changed.
1. Johnny Bravo is replaced with Samurai Jack.
2. Cow and Chicken is replaced with Codename: Kids Next Door.
3. I Am Weasel is replaced with The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.

Dexter and Dee Dee (from Dexter's Laboratory), Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup (from The Powerpuff Girls, 1998 Original), Ed, Edd/Double D, and Eddy (from Ed, Edd n Eddy), and Courage (from Courage the Cowardly Dog) are present. (Even thought, It's fanmade)

I wonder if there was a Latin American version of this exact open (I know in that region, they call it Cartoon Cartoons, and they replace the 'F' and the 'FRIDAYS' text with a 'C' and the CN logo)
