WATCH LIVE: President Donald Trump’s swearing-in and inaugural address

President-elect Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance will be sworn in right before 12 p.m. EST inside the Capitol Hill Rotunda. The swearing in was shifted inside the Capitol due to frigid temperatures in Washington, D.C. This is the first time that shift has had to happen due to weather in 40 years. Following the swearing in and after they depart Capitol Hill, Trump and Vance will make their way to the White House.
