How to easily reset the service light message on a Vauxhall insignia

First of all thanks for the video. But I've got something to ask. Something really weird happens to my car when it shows this sign/ warning.. my car just slows down automatically or by it self to 40 miles and that will be the max that it can do, and I'd be trying to get over 40 but it does not go more than that. The way I solve it is pull over turn it the car off then on again. My oil percentage is 10% so I was wondering has slowing the car down by it self got to do anything with oil thing. I've the same car.

My oil says 93% and its still saying it

That's not a service message, you just simply reset the counter after changing the oil.
