Looking for workouts that won't strain my neck. I can't do situps. And push ups I strain it because I'm focusing on keeping my neck straight. So I strain it.

...havent seem a " scorcher" like this since those old " dancercize" shows that were on in the morning...this is very " scary!" ...lol!! Hindu pushups and squats laddering down from 20-1... Now that's a wolf training vids are is entry level stuff!
