1. They went looking for a common source in all the agewise groups - SPGT, SPGT_o, H, MA, moderns etc.

2. the sample size is different in all the groups. 1 Loebanr outlier should not be a critical part of your decision.

3. Who knows what other ancestries entered post IA? The buddhist site with Swat_H label clearly has a different cline than SPGT itself, for eg. we are not concerned with those ancestries when answering the PIE question. the only population that matters is SPGT while answering that question, and also the outliers from BMAC bronze age.

4. Modeling using Onge as 3rd source for moderns and making conclusions based on that is just plain stupid when you know for certain that no pure AASI population existed in the north or even the south for that matter. Especially with the piss poor p values for North indians.

Harvard are being dishonest, fudging sasmples and withholding others.

On top of that, we have to watch Reich prance around preaching about a continent he has no clue about, promoting his shitty book

So I really dont care for them.
Regarding Reich/Harvard and his genetic successes, I don't think that in Europe he/they are a reference. He has to defend an ideological agenda and that is why his conclusions are often wrong (in the case of BB culture they are scandalously wrong and biased)



As always, the supporters of the steppe theory applaud that agenda when it suits them and run away like rabbits when they talk about Iranian ancestry.But the fault is yours for the sickly obsession for bringing everything from the steppes. You have to overcome the trauma of the failure of the Yamnaya culture, 2019 has shown that it was just a fable which has generated useless discussions for 5 years



@Davidski-Remember that my friends talked about M269 in northern Russia? it seems to be true and that Volosovo has a lot to say. However they talked about L51 and it seems that this haplogroup does not appear- I'm curious to check its origin

John Hawks has called Europe a population sink. The locals are constantly/repeatedly getting replaced with some degree of introgression most of the time.
