Ah, New England Greek, What does it taste like?! For me, it tastes like childhood nostalgia and it is still my favorite kind of pizza ever especially from Athens Pizzaria in Haverhill!

One more thing about St. Louis style, it’s major distinguishing factor is the cheese. Provel cheese is a delicious blend of Swiss cheddar and and I think Gouda (not sure bout the third cheese) and it is absolutely amazing.

I have never been to Detroit in my life but their pizza is easily my favorite. Super light and fluffy crust.

Also NY and Chicago pizzas are overrated, imo. Detroit style pizza is what Chicago style wishes it was.
