Sony Xperia 10 V - Android 15 What's new!?

Interesting that 10 V got Android 15 faster than my 10 VI. And you are correct, my 10 VI is completely missing the manual mode. I only can manually change exposure, white point, focus and shutter speed, but no ISO for example

You can use the 3rd party app if you want to use an external mic. for example mcpro24fps,
Its work on Sharp Aquos Phone, same as xperia 10v., That doesn't support the external mic on the Default camera.

There is actually another android 15 update to fix the first buggy android 15. This phone is great in everything, especially battery, except camera and video which are very mediocre. Gcam improves the camera by a lot but not the video. I think sony will be closing their phone department soon, they cant catch up and their prices are very high. I am a google boy for some years now but still love sony phones and hope for a miracle. I still have the 10 v, really reliable phone..

It's obvious that the shop is going to close at Sony mobile and it shows. That or big changes are coming up and they've cut their losses, focusing on what's coming up next. Wouldn't hold my breath though. I'm glad I left this burning ship for OnePlus.

Hello, I have a question regarding Sony microphones. Recently I purchased Xperia 1 VI.
I'm planning to use it with vlog monitor. What model of microphone can I use?
As they said, Xperia 1 VI does't have a stereo microphone input. Does the vlog monitor have stereo? How can I install stereo to that system?

The lack of 4K video can be the most reason why most of people will never buy this phone. No matter the price.

tHE 1V was my last SONY phone and im ready to give up upon Xperia. The "SAMSUNG erm i mean....Sony ahem 1vi was an atrocious phone with a camera interface that got rid of most of the pro features and the aforementioned interface looked like it was designed by a hyperactive child with a sun-melted crayon! To make matters worse they took away the 21:9 (i can cope with that missing) but taking away the 4k and charging us the same for an inferior screen, was a slap in the face. To make matters worse is that Sony Xperia ALWAYS gives their best sensors to the competion and leaves purchasers of the Sony Xpertias own phones with the second or most often their THIRD best sensor.

I have had enough of Xperia for the meantime and instead I have invested in a company that actually KNOWS what they are doing with camera SONY ALPHA, with my beautiful Sony A6700 Camera! I pick up an FX30 this year and by July next Ill have the FX 3 II.

By the looks of things Xperia is about to give up too....serves them right for listening to the bias likes of MKHBD

The Xperia 1 V was the LAST DECENT phone that Xperia ever did!
By the way donty let Xperia LIE to you and say that the 4k screen was barely used as most of the time it was set to 1080p, well since ANDROID 15 you can literally set the screen to 4k all the time (as standard) without modding it
