I have conservative values. But it’s hard to defend a political party that has more and more of its “leaders” acting in a juvenile and unsettling way.
And their guest is right…there are more and more conspiracy theories being pushed daily by people in the echo chamber.
Just because I want strong fiscal conservatism doesn’t mean I want to have to hate someone or something new every day of the week.

There's also the gender voting disparity. Women are more and more liberal, and vote. Men don't participate as much. So if republicans get a few more Asian/Latino/Black men, it won't swing the needle. The racism hurdle is another roadblock.
